I have a confession.....I have an addiction....to feeling GREAT!Tell me if this resonates with you.&nbsp;When I'm training daily and fueling myself properly I feel like King Freaking Kong and I love it! It's such an addictive feeling!&nbsp;I can't stress enough the importance of consistency with your output (exercise) and input (nutrition).&nbsp;If you don't have a daily ritual, have you ever tried for a month just being really good with movement and food choices and recognising how it makes you feel? How you may be more productive, much happier within yourself, and just being a nicer person to be quite frank! 😅I have a daily ritual, and it's what keeps me going day in and day out. My hours are long, but I chose it that way, but for me to be able to do that, I can't ask my body to perform when it's running on the smell of an oily rag.As they say, you can't out train a bad diet....I eat pretty well, probably a bit too carby when the kids are home, but hey, I love my rice and pasta and so it's a good balance to be able to have it all and still maintain my energy levels over the course of my day.Some of the things I take daily consist of a potent collagen, an antioxidant, greens, visceral fat loss product and magnesium.
