Inflammation - Did you Know There was Good and Bad?

Something incredibly important I had to repost from my own experiences which had ultimately led me to the space I am in now from this EXACT same situation in a doctors rooms this time last year.&nbsp;It was the usual symptoms ✅ Insomnia ✅ Hot flushes ✅ Weight gain&nbsp; ✅ Heart palpitations&nbsp; ✅ Anxiety ✅ Low energy and self esteemThose few symptoms literally send you round the twist and for me it came on suddenly.&nbsp;In my replay of events I was in tears at the doctors rooms asking for help and this was not the first time. I explained it all without exaggeration but I said I can’t handle the symptoms for much longer so what are my options?“Well you can’t have HRT due to your breast density so you don’t have any choice other than a prescription for an antidepressant.”“What about a natural route?”She couldn’t suggest any other than a natural supplement my mother took 40 years earlier that did zip for me!Well, I’m not depressed plus I don’t want a synthetic drug to mask the symptoms I need to fix the root cause not put a bandaid on it, so I said thank you, no, and I left. Disillusioned but not surprised.So like all people who see a gap in the market one went searching to fill that gap!!
