National Kidney Health Month
💙 It’s National Kidney Health Month 💙
As someone who has experienced kidney disease first hand, going through the motions of low function and then ultimately transplant surgery, I know how hard this is to live with after watching someone close to me go through it. So I wanted to raise awareness here for National Kidney Health month.
Here is something that really shocked me…
You can lose up to 90% of your kidney function before you feel a single symptom.
Yes… 90%.
Which means by the time most people realise something is wrong, they’re already playing catch-up.
The good news?
With early awareness, preventative measures and simple checks, many kidney-related issues, especially those linked to insulin resistance and lifestyle, can often be prevented.
👉 A quick annual check could make all the difference, however here’s where I like to look at things a little differently…I'm all about prevention.
We often wait until something goes wrong before we take action.
But what if we supported the body before it gets there?
This is where I personally love incorporating natural wellness tools into my routine not as a “fix” but as a way to support, much like my insurance for:
✨ improved circulation
✨ reducing inflammation levels
✨ supporting nervous system balance
✨ improving overall cellular health
✨ reducing blood sugars
Because when your body is functioning well as a whole… everything benefits, including those little organs we often forget about!

As we all know, prevention is a much nicer road than recovery.
💙 If you aren't implementing wellness tools now not just personally but for your team, maybe it's time to start thinking about it.
Take this as your sign. Your future self will thank you. 😍
