9 Out of 10 People Have This Problem. Most Have No Idea.This morning I sat in on a zoom call run by medical doctors. It was aimed primarily at health professionals. And what was presented was blunt, refreshing and long overdue.9 out of 10 people have some degree of insulin resistance. And it is the common thread running through some of the most prevalent health conditions we are seeing right now.Obesity. Type 2 diabetes. Heart disease. Fatty liver. PCOS. Neuropathy.
