If something isn’t working, pivot. If you’re not feeling right don’t sit on it til it gets worse and you end up sick. Remember preventative medicine is key! Our bodies are changing and ageing daily so the way we approach that must change too that’s why I added frequency to my toolkit. Once you know what it does, you’ll want to implement it into your life too. Like yesterday. Biggest wake up call, was when we put our 17yo Labradoodle to sleep this year, the torment and anguish on my kids faces with his loss was too much to bear, and it made me realise how even more broken they would be if that was me they were saying goodbye to. So if anything, do it for your family. Think about how they would cope without you, if that’s not an incentive I don’t know what is….remember you’re loved more than you know.
