I never thought I was ever going to get my sleep back! Insomnia seemed to be the new norm waking around 2am and awake for hours, only to drop off to sleep before the proper wake time and feeling hungover and like death all day! Sound familiar? Well, 2 weeks in using the P90 in the mornings at Level 6-7 and again at night Level 1 (Level 2 kept me up fyi). I have slept through each night starting at around 7 hours, and now last night 9 hours, it's unreal!
