8-9 hours of sleep every single night, FINALLY!

I never thought I was ever going to get my sleep back! Insomnia seemed to be the new norm waking around 2am and awake for hours, only to drop off to sleep before the proper wake time and feeling hungover and like death all day! Sound familiar?


Well, 2 weeks in using the P90 in the mornings at Level 6-7 and again at night Level 1 (Level 2 kept me up fyi). I have slept through each night starting at around 7 hours, and now last night 9 hours, it's unreal!


Bathroom stops sometimes once, sometimes twice, but I always get back to sleep immediately - in the past this was unheard of!

I'm going through perimenopause so my anxiety has been a real problem, especially at night, I'd wake on edge, anxious and almost angry, it was such a vicious cycle and I wanted out as it was affecting my day to day, I just could not function!


If you aren't sleeping you are losing years off your lifespan, it's that simple. Get quality sleep and your life will be longer, you will feel brighter and happier, cognitively you will have more clarity and you can function and actually get sh!t done! Most importantly, you get to 'wash your brain out' which is so important for your brain to rest and repair not to mention the rest of your body!
